Cascade Mountain Dog Rescue
cmrescuedogs.org
I was reached out to create the 2023 design for the non-profit group Cascade Mountain Rescue Dogs. They are a small crew of 5 pups that aid in avalanche incidents.
I was so excited to to be chosen to create something for such an important cause on top of being a dog lover myself. My design is available on t-shirts and hoodies.
All merch sold donates to their organization!
Obon Shokudo

720 SE Grand Ave. Portland, OR
Commissioned in early 2024 by Obon Shokudo in Portland, OR. This woman owned small business features “Feel-good Japanese comfort food. Responsibly sourced, lovingly prepared.” I was to create an artistic sign for their new seasonal beverages that depicted the owner’s kitties Lady Franklin and Pancake. Now hung in the restaurant many enjoy seeing this cuties and delight in their house made namesake cocktails.
Private Commissions
PNW Mixed Media Series
This commission was created to celebrate the flora and fauna of Washington state. Featuring endangered species a Fisher, Taylor’s Checkerspot Butterfly, Streaked Horned Lark and a Puget oregonian painted in watercolor with mixed media as well as dried flora from my garden.
This duo now lives on the walls of an art collector in Prague, Czechia.
Lake Atitlan
I was hired in 2021 to create my representation of a world-renowned lake in Guatemala. The client travelled to this stunning place and immediately fell in love with the area. It soon became a regular spot for them to vacation but wanted to be reminded of it’s beauty when they were not there. Done in watercolor paint and mixed media like upcycled jeans and vintage lace. It is now cherished hung on their wall at home.
I had the pleasure to live paint at a wedding as a surprise from the the bride to the groom, painting their two cats at their reception. It was so fun to interact with guests and show them the process of my art. Once finished painting we incorporated mementos from their special day to be encapsulated in beautiful vintage shadow box frames; like the bride’s hair comb, groom’s boutonniere, flowers they used (dried and pressed) and favors. Once finished I took photos of them and printed out card sets for the newlyweds to send out as Thank You cards to their guests.
Live Painted Custom Wedding Gift Pet Portraits
Custom Wedding Adornment/Ornament/Gift
I was so honored to be reached out by a Maid of Honor that wanted to surprise the Bride with a special custom gift to walk down the aisle with. The Bride-to-be had just lost her beloved cat before their ceremony so we wanted to create a custom adornment that the she could attach to her bouquet that could also be used later as an ornament; so that her sweet fur baby could be a part of the big day in some way.
This could also could be a nice favor for guests, or custom thank you gifts etc. The options are endless to bring a unique handmade touch to any event.
Kid’s Art Classes/Workshops
I have been asked to be an Artist teacher during the school year to 2nd grade classrooms, middle school after school art programs and summer camp. For each job I developed specific educational art/crafts that coincided with the lessons the kids were covering, like metamorphosis, salmon’s life cycles and learning about habitats.
I thoroughly enjoy working with kids and their enthusiasm for creativity and being curious about nature.
